Avantages
I loved every single person I worked what at Capgemini Invent. The Institute training was a great jump start into the career and everyone I worked with was an overachiever like myself. This felt like the perfect job to kick start my career out of college and the company has strong staying power with many colleagues being there for 5+ years or leaving and coming back for more.
Inconvénients
The company is huge and Invent is just one piece of the 1000-piece puzzle. I found that there was little mobility between practices and often times people had no idea where they sat within Invent let alone Capgemini Group. I also felt that there was little room for mobility to the next level and their merit raises do not keep up with inflation.
