      Avantages

      The team here is an assortment of interesting people and could with proper direction be a good place to work.

      Inconvénients

      Senior management is discriminatory against women in management and the company is run like the wild, wild west with no regard for its employees. No loyalty

      great start up environment, the staff is great and theres always coffee!

      Avantages

      Forward thinking company with growth potential. Believes in taking managed risks with a plan "B". Flexible with employee concerns and open to suggestions.

      Inconvénients

      There aren't any glaring cons. I would say "lack of patience" and better campaign planning is a must. Timing is a critical factor.
