      Avantages

      Forward thinking company with growth potential. Believes in taking managed risks with a plan "B". Flexible with employee concerns and open to suggestions.

      Inconvénients

      There aren't any glaring cons. I would say "lack of patience" and better campaign planning is a must. Timing is a critical factor.

      great start up environment, the staff is great and theres always coffee!

      Avantages

      The people are amazing and the work is rewarding. You'll quickly bond with those around you because there's an intense sense of camaraderie.

      Inconvénients

      Upper management is a joke and I wouldn't trust a single thing they say. They can't make up their minds about how to execute, leaving everybody else confused.
