      Avantages

      Working with youth. Helping the community. Okay pay. Lots of programs.

      Inconvénients

      Managers play favorites, talk about employees' personal business in front of other employees. (Everybody knows everybody's business) Very cliqued up supervisors. It feels like being back in HS here. If you don't "fit the style" or have too many creative ideas you become ostracized.

      Avantages

      CHC is a place where each individual's contributions are valued and respected as we bring a positive impact to the communities we serve. Pay is very reasonable and work/life balance is encouraged.

      Inconvénients

      With so many different programs under the same umbrella, there can sometimes be a disconnect.
