      Coworkers understand/share your pain It's a job Excellent lesson in ethics aka how not to run a business

      Inconvénients

      Abusive & arbitrary dean Not selective about quality of students, most are just there for stipends or to make trouble Complaints go unheard Excessive hours, not paid overtime $$$ wasted on initiatives for students who abandon the program or poor attendance High turnover rate, good employees were all ran off
