The company went through different round of layoffs, often without previous communications (they let their lawyers find the best way to get this layoffs under the radar till the very last day). The management never really took care of giving fair options and informations to the employees, never attending the meetings (not even the ones asked and organized by employees while getting fired) and never really push to find new clients in order to avoid layoffs. June 2020 more then 80 employees lost their job coz they simply shut off Wundermedia (company owned by C3) while the work and workers left has been simply shifted to the main company C3. Maybe legal but totally sneaky towards long-time and loyal employees.
