      Competitive pay & a small company feel. Fast-Paced learning. Partial commission based. Uncapped overtime.

      Inconvénients

      Your success is directly controlled by outside salesmen. This can be a positive thing if they are good, but in my case it has been awful. Uncapped Overtime. Long hours. Constant Phone calls, texts, and emails. Difficult to advance quickly. No enforcement of employee conduct policy.
