Avantages
- Unlimited vacation - Yearly learning benefit - Good office location - Office policy: 2 in-office days (though this is one of the few structured elements) - Nice colleagues who were supportive and made the work environment more enjoyable
Inconvénients
**This review is based on my experience with the current management team that was hired in 2022** The company had a strong culture in the past, but since the current CEO joined, the work environment has steadily declined. Despite employees raising numerous concerns and offering solutions, little to no progress has been made. - A culture of blame—employees seem to be out for themselves, brought on by management’s lack of support and direction. - Leadership doesn’t seem to value employee input or act on feedback. What’s supposed to be transparency often feels like opacity. - There’s a clear disconnect between staff and management—employees are left wondering about the company’s direction. - Advancement seems to depend more on agreeing with leadership than on merit. - Employees are overworked, constantly patching issues without addressing root causes. - Little to no training for new hires, leaving them to figure things out on their own.
