      A lot of room and encouragement to pick up projects you want to work on. Unlimited PTO a big blessing. Great benefits and work life balance. Constant encouragement from leadership to evolve and be the best at your job and efforts for employee engagement. Supportive and Friendly Co-workers. All in all, a great company to work for.

      Inconvénients

      Not for folks who have a hard time adapting to quick decisions or want to put minimal effort and expect great results.

      Avantages

      Promotion can come within a few months, which gives better commission opportunities. Admin was lenient if you were hitting your performance goals. The job is easy, doesn't require much brainwork.

      Inconvénients

      Public performance metrics, quite a bit of oversight, highly repetitive (all you do is make phone calls)
