BoxSupport is a startup company and has grown extremely fast, adding hundreds of employees in our first two years. Although we have gotten many things right, with our rapid growth we have also gotten many things wrong, and will continue to make mistakes as we go. I know that we cannot be a perfect employer to everyone, but please know that our leadership team is committed to providing an enjoyable working environment and is continually looking for ways to ensure the satisfaction and longevity of our employees.
I take every review personally and welcome all concerns communicated to me in a constructive manner so that we can make proper adjustments. Having a seemingly endless to-do list, some items take longer to fix than others.
