      Avantages

      The energy is good in the morning

      Inconvénients

      Poor structure, print out strategy, over saturation to where 1 person maybe 2 make a sale 99% of the time, inexperienced management pushed by a pipe dream mentality. Hard pass even if this was my 1st job.

      Avantages

      - Energy is amazing - the coaches are really helpful - everyday is a different day - I feel like I am learning something new everyday - compensation and recognition based on performance, which I like a lot considering I came from corporate where everything is based on who I know.

      Inconvénients

      It’s not for everyone. If you are an individual that believes in your own work ethics and willing to put in the work, then it is for you. If you don’t have intention to be better everyday, you will fall behind. However, my trainer does work with me on specific topics until I get the concept.
