Leaders speak proudly of “retention,” yet not long ago there was a sweeping layoff, even as select leaders were secured as permanent fixtures. And whom did they keep, you ask? Some who are tied by long-standing ties—despite concerns that such figures have, in part, contributed to the very culture of toxicity the company claims to rise above. Employees often work beneath the weight of uncertainty, where cost-cutting and structural shifts cloud the horizon. In some cases, when a narcissistic leader (coming from the top) perceives one as a rival, responsibilities are passed down not as opportunities but as burdens—sometimes even setting the stage for one’s failure rather than success. And yet, fortune still smiles upon those placed with stable clients, for there, perhaps, lies a semblance of security amid the shifting tides. The company’s words—“growth without compromise” and “culture preserved”—are noble to hear, yet their true power will only be felt when actions embody their promise. Fairness, transparency, and trust must be the cornerstones, lest growth become but spectacle and not legacy.

Fast hiring process and that’s it

Inconvénients

They will prioritize their clients over their employees. Meaning, if ever an investigation was launched against you. They wouldn’t bother to hear your side and just deem you guilty of the things that clients accused you of. Slow response time from superiors. After separation, they don’t even give you confirmation regarding your exit process.
