      Avantages

      Pay is competitive and facility was recently renovated. Staff is friendly and usually collaborates well. Direct supervisor was amazing and a wonderful boss.

      Inconvénients

      Incredibly high turnover. A lot of very unsatisfied employees. Workload increased constantly with no compensation. Large divide amongst different units in the facility.

      Good coworkers, Central location in Kansas City

      Inconvénients

      Very busy, lots of last minute add on surgeries. Communication with clinic is not very good. Building is in a bad location
