      Benefits are ok, but not great. They have plenty of open positions.

      Inconvénients

      Management and leadership are pathetically bad at this company. A good percentage of the clinical management have no experience in the field and push for high visit numbers instead of prioritizing patient care. The HR department is completely worthless at this company.

      Nothing worth working in this toxic environment

      Inconvénients

      The board needs to fire their leadership team before they completely run this organization into the ground. The CEO and COO have zero business running this company. Leadership across the board is incompetent and only makes decisions to benefit their pockets, not the employees or patients.
