Avantages

None. Terrible, immoral company. Avoid like the plague.

Inconvénients

They cut every employees pay by introducing a draw system that requires you to earn your monthly wage in sales before receiving commission. The result of this being, low traffic stores no longer make ANY commission. A year ago, I earned close to $3,000 in commission. Flash forward to the very same month, with very comparable sales, and I've only earned $125 on the new system. It's actually cruel. On top of that the managers and overpaid higher ups are constantly expecting more from you and micromanaging, despite paying you less!

Avantages

Good straightforward job. Potential for growth if things change

Inconvénients

With bonus and commissions the store manager makes less than its asm and reps. The store manager takes all the responsibility, and financial responsibility if something is missing or wrong, but makes the least. Constant cutting of hours of staff, while requiring increased goals and increases in hours open. Constant micromanaging
