Inconvénients
Raises are hard to come by. The support group is a toxic environment, one employee seems to be untouchable, cannot complain about them in the slightest. If you speak out against the work culture, you are singled out. Management will outright lie about things to get their way, even if it is a personal vendetta against someone, and will provide no evidence for those statements. Training was absolutely dog crap, covered nothing that was actually important for the job. Management knows even less about the job than some of the newer people, can provide no meaningful next steps for troubleshooting purposes. The senior techs in support are too far gone, either being of no help when you ask questions, not responding at all, or outright rude.
