      Avantages

      Great culture, teamwork, dedicated hard working people here that care about the work they are doing. They allow employees flexible schedules, and the company really values its employees.

      Inconvénients

      Time off policy is outdated and not up to industry standard. Pay is also a bit lower than it should be.

      Avantages

      Co-workers, flexible hours, better than average pay and benefits for this part of the country, local management is pretty accessible, lots of employee appreciation gifts, food, parties (more in non-covid times.) Mistakes are more or less treated as systemic problems that should be fixed instead of just blaming people.

      Inconvénients

      high intensity, too much multi-tasking... can be stressful
