Whether that’s labour, resources or financial funding, the reality and what social media says are worlds apart. Managing & commercial directors are incompetent. Both CEO & senior management lacked integrity to ever get to know their staff despite only being an SME. Biobanking website is full of lies which will be exposed sooner rather than later. No organisation. No planning. No structure. Micro-manage the wrong things. Social media is full of ‘successes’ and ‘personal accolades’ for CEO & senior management, not the case behind the scenes. Four rounds of redundancies in 9 months. Mass profits generated from covid services diverted into personal ventures, clear distractions for senior management hence the situation the business finds itself in. Inevitable failure of the business.
