Avantages
It's not often you find a company this is as focused on its employees, as much as it is on it's bottom line. BillingTree has been great at both. As a growing company, BT has been great at listening to their employees, who are out in the trenches. They have built products around the intel being provided by those employees. They seem to hire people who have a similar focus and mindset. They make it fun to come to work and stay.
Inconvénients
With growth often comes some frustrations. In some cases, the company tends to try and take on too much change too quickly, but they have been good to step back and fix these issues.
