Avantages
I enjoy this company because it provides you with the tools you need to learn how follow instruction while also utilizing personal skills to improvise in hectic situations during rushes to best assist your customers and coworkers. Working here I have discovered new and improved ways to use my time most effectively to benefit both the customers and the company.
Inconvénients
We are typically minimally which makes shift coverage in emergencies difficult. As a single mom, I need to know that if I need to take my daughter to the emergency room due to a severe illness or ailment that I will be able to do that without repercussions on myself or my coworkers. Health benefits are also a necessity in that predicament, which is not offered here.
