      Avantages

      Nothing good at all, yucks!

      Inconvénients

      Poor salary structure and benefits. Aws is subjected to management approval every year Management doesn't have sympathy towards staffs. As in not happy to let staff to apply compensate leave (even it is in labour law) when the immediate family member passed away. Expected staff to overtime with no time off compensate. Expected staff to listed the outstanding issue in details when the staff admitted to hospital due to emergency, etc. Poor office environment - no nursing room and expected staff to express breast milk in a dusty old storeroom. Carpet was chipped off and management ignored it.

      Avantages

      Floor production staff is awesome; office staff not so much. Average blah company.

      Inconvénients

      Managers are poorly trained. Cheap salaries. Very poor work culture- ignores holidays, employee picnic/ get-togethers. Burdensome non-value work.

      Avantages

      Minimal need for overtime and fair communication when additional work may be needed for this role.

      Inconvénients

      Serious restructuring of pay structure is needed for this role. Across the board more assistance and help is needed for the Minnesota branches. We are constantly asking for assistance and help both in resources, training, time, and employees but then there is constantly a question on why targets aren't being met despite us communicating needs. Minimal opportunity for advancement.
