Avantages
Multicultural environment with people from many parts of the world
Inconvénients
- Very small company but with very heavy management and hierarchy (Don't say you are a startup when you have like 5 levels of hierarchy in a team of less than 20 people) - Lack of leadership and communication – no one know what’s going on and who is making decisions - Mixed vision of what should be done and how (running without a defined direction) - A game development process that is heavily bureaucratic (and lacks clear leadership)
