      The company is poorly managed and unilateral decisions from the owner do not condone an atmosphere of teamwork or foster any innovation or creativity from employees.

      Avantages

      Decent pay and fun people. A good starter job, long shift, and occasionally free food if there is leftovers.

      Inconvénients

      Very poor management, no flexibility on hours. Staff is very unprofessional.. they have customers leave before closing.. heavy drinking on the job.. etc..
