      Avantages

      Basware has the best product in the market officially recognized as a market leader in AP Automation. They also have the best people calling themselves "Baswareans". Baswareans bring the culture of inclusivity, collaboration, innovation with a growth mindset to life. As a Baswarean of 12 years, evolving my career to reach CHRO I cannot think of anywhere better to work.

      Inconvénients

      Having been on a transformation journey to become a best in class SaaS company we have seen lots of change, but necessary and ultimately good change fueling our path for an even greater future.

      Avantages

      They pay for all airfare with the Corp Credit card

      Inconvénients

      Started an account expansion team in 2026, led by an inexperienced RVP with little to no management skills and a very tactical approach. Product enablement in Finland did not translate to what customers owned. 5 weeks before accounts were assigned. Another 2 weeks before comp plans were issued. ARR price points were a fraction of what was communicated during the interview process. No customer information available in SFDC. Needed to access multiple systems to find contracts and customer entitlements. The expense reporting system is almost unusable.
