      Avantages

      There are none, I'm writing this because I need to put in a minimum number of words. It was awful.

      Inconvénients

      Everything. The pay is horrible, management doesn't lead by example. Anyone who actually does well is fired so management can take their commissions. Don't believe me? Ask around town. There are so many former employees of this firm who will back up my story that there's no way to say it's disgruntled former employees. BalancePoint was on the top 10 recruiting firms list in KC for a couple of years but no longer near top 10. Nearly all of their biggest clients dropped them for unethical business practices.

      Avantages

      In my dealing with them to include senior management I think they are an awesome team of people to work with!

      Inconvénients

      In my time working with BP I haven't seen or been privy to any cons that I would write down.
