Management was disorganized, I usually knew stuff before the next manager The company doesn't give us what we need to be successful, and instead will blame us. The company monitors everything, you get graded on being a cashier, and you have to push the credit card/Rewards/protection plan down a guests throat. The management tends to not give any training, and you are just thrown into the ocean. Little to no growth in the company
