Strong, long-term company stability. Benefits are excellent. Many employees have stayed with the company for their entire careers, high amount of PhDs, MBAs and graduate degrees among young employees.
Inconvénients
Very large company and like all companies of this size has difficulties with bureaucracy and quick decisions/responses. Silos exist and breaking down barriers to cross-BU collaboration is slow.
