      Empowerment, team work, company alignment, patient co-workers, awesome benefits, little or less reporting, complete freedom, great training programs, awesome HR and all supporting functions, great career development) almost flawless.

      Inconvénients

      Slow in decision making, better to learn German. Too much life, not enough work

      Avantages

      Great work environment, great pay, inclusive culture, lots of growth opportunities and mentorship, and the University Recruitment Team was incredible

      Inconvénients

      Onboarding was difficult in some cases as communications between various departments wasn't always streamlined, but overall, not bad
