      Avantages

      Overall Axis is doing their best to make it work well. Generally a good company culture. It is a great career start for someone inexperienced in commercial insurance.

      Inconvénients

      Toxic and biased middle management, they can do much better than that. You can feel the bias from day one.

      Avantages

      Great salary. Good insurance benefits. Pretty good company holidays. Your experience will depend on your direct manager!

      Inconvénients

      Going through some management changes… likely won’t affect most of the worker bees! HYBRID model so if commuting isn’t your thing, that could be an issue.
