Avantages

The majority of the employees at ADG are very experienced in their specific field and can perform at the highest level. Client satisfaction is top priority and the talented staff at ADG takes this very seriously. Level of professionalism among staff is A+

Inconvénients

There is a high employee turnover rate at ADG. Employees are expected to manage very heavy work loads and the only way to meet those demands is to come in early, stay late and occasionally come in on weekends. There is no such thing as overtime pay at ADG. Sr management says employees can take comp time in exchange for extra hours worked. That very rarely happens. On average I worked 50 hours/week and the salary did not meet the job requirements.

Avantages

Association Development Group is an excellent place to get solid experience in the association industry. Hard-working self starters will do well here. Professional development is strongly encouraged. The company and its owners are well known and highly respected in the association management industry.

Inconvénients

As a small company, ADG is not able to offer great benefits. Work space is cramped, with multiple work stations set up around the perimeter of different sections in the open-office set up. This makes privacy difficult and often causes issues when trying to conduct business calls and/or conference calls. Staff is often overloaded with work that requires working (unpaid) overtime hours. Lastly, although all employees are treated fairly, there is obvious favoritism among a few key staff members.
