There has been a lot of rapid growth just in the 15 months of coming together from 3 separate hospitals into one system. Plenty of opportunity and a great place anyone interested in clinical or non-clinical positions in the healthcare industry. Many new positions have been created that would have never existed before coming together.
Inconvénients
With all that growth comes growing pains, but departments are working daily to improve these issues and create a seamless work environment.
