Avantages
A company that is sincere in offering opportunities to employees. Management is on track in empowering and inspiring the team to go beyond the mundane grind of data collection. I like how Asia Insight motivates Consultants to study trends, put ourselves in the client shoes, push us to deliver insights that make a difference to our client's business. The culture is very cozy, friendly, yet motivating.
Inconvénients
RIght now, I do not have anything negative to contribute. It is a great place for people who are motivated and enjoy finding white spaces. Yet, I have also seen how the less adventurous have been coached and taken baby steps to try new tasks and grow in the process.
