      Stable company with great outlook. A lot of work to do, but priorities are clear and W/L balance is good.

      Friction between some of the more tenured employees and the new ways of working as we scale.

      - good work/life balance if you put boundaries in place - decent pay - high autonomy - great coworkers - interesting problems

      Inconvénients

      - work/life balance can easily go awry if you're not diligent - uncertainty across the industry about AI also means directional shifts
