Family friendly employer that is flexible

Pay is not that great

Flexible work Hours and friendly employees made it a pretty nice place to work. They understood that people had family issues arise from time to time with out giving a lot of grief.

As mentioned before their Feast or Famine mentality causes them to layoff/rehire quite frequently. I have seen several poor judgement calls regarding pay to the employees on the shop floor.
