      Very good exposure for learning in Telecom Domain

      Inconvénients

      Projects are migration projects almost all of them and they are for very small span of time and most of them are on legacy application which is not the industry standard currently.

      Avantages

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Inconvénients

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
