Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Work Associates and local managers were great. Lots of flexibility with work schedule and handling of Coronovirus was well done. We were allowed to work from home through end of 2020 . Those that preferred to come to the office were able to, with good precautions in place.
Inconvénients
My responsibilities were too much for one person and upper management overseas in Israel had no idea as to what the role entailed. Work load increased every year due to numerous acquisitions.
