Inconvénients
1. They keep on saying that they are promoting work life balance but it seems my experience tells the real thing. IT's A BIG NO. 2. Very stressful environment 3. 24/7 on call support. Whenever and wherever you are they will call you and bother even you are on leave. 4. Say goodbye to trainings and certifications. 5. Not a good training ground. 6. Management is accepting projects non-stop without even validating the current capacity of every team who will work on those projects 6. low to 0 chance of travelling outside PH. for Filipinos.
