      Comfortable working atmosphere. No restrictions on dress code , belongings . Not much on security either.

      Inconvénients

      Not much growth . Not much challenging after a certain time period.

      Avantages

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Inconvénients

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
