      Inconvénients

      - Managerial issues - Not following the best practices - You are not heard from some managers - Not following the Agile methodologies - They do not finish what they start. Endless feature addition to projects with no structured logic. - Hire people by knowing why you want them. (not afterwards)

      Avantages

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Inconvénients

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
