Avantages

Senior consultants are willing to help junior staff when needed. Sharp elbows make the work environment rough, but those who manage are flintier, that is, more capable of thriving in demanding environments than their peers elsewhere. Projects can be incredibly interesting and varied.

Inconvénients

AP will undervalue, under-level, and under-utilize the talent it acquires, while only paying lip service to career development of junior consultants - AP primarily buys the talent it needs, rather than develop it's workforce.
