Avantages
mentally easy work. casual attire. decent pay for the work. you get to be around books. some coworkers still have fun. it all depends on your own personality and how well you get along with people.
Inconvénients
physically challenging at times. not enough coworkers to carry the load. tons of red tape to do anything. tons of archaic rules. some library patrons are rude. most employees have been there for years, so not much room for growth in the system.
