      incompetence at upper levels of management, very clicky, HR is untrustworthy, too much water cooler talk

      Flexible and relaxed environment, nice people, interesting and varied work.

      Inconvénients

      Old paper systems, family hierarchy and friendships prioritized in management, outdated and aging equipment, resistant to chance, resistance to needed corporate structure, systems and processes to facilitate growth.
