Avantages
No micro managing, higher ups usually understanding and care. Coworkers are pleasant as well most of the time. Very team oriented and work as a family.
Thoroughly enjoy working here, the aspect of team and family of the office is awesome you work together to make sure everything goes smooth and gets done right.
Inconvénients
Office not respected enough or paid enough. All priorities goes to field guys and everyone else is a back burner.
Behind on technology and building is worn with no where near enough warehouse space for the work being done.
Not allowed to work overtime as office staff.
Raises take forever to process after asking upwards of a year or more.
Has staff in corporate who has no idea what they are doing and it causes problems and slow downs for other branches.
