      You'll learn a lot on the specific processes that the plant operates. You get the opportunity to explore all functions of the plant from the material handling and transportation to management.

      Inconvénients

      Had great job opportunities but I would have had to relocate further away than I wanted for the positions that I desired.

      Shift work is alternating and rotating (2 weeks days then 2 weeks nights)
