Avantages
Peers were great. When things are going good, things are good. Decent pay, not great but decent. Nice atmosphere most* of the time.
Inconvénients
Field work sucks. They lie by omission with the amount of potential harassment and just unprofessionalism present there. Poaching, lack of organization, and overall crap leadership are par for the course in the field. No drug testing at all, you'll see and work with the absolute degenerates of society when conducting field work. No commissions or comp incentive structure to perform well. Mediocrity is rewarded and those in management are prime examples. In my time there I was not once given the opportunity for further advancement nor a pay increase. No PTO or vacation accrual of any kind and utterly inconsistent no call no show policy.
