      Bosses very helpful and understand staff's weaknesses & potential. Managers guidance is top notch Staff relationships like family. Helping each other.

      Inconvénients

      Need to pay for parking (MBSA). Considering to ride motorcycle after this.

      Avantages

      Pros that can be said includes opportunity to learn lots of new things especially for fresh graduates.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of life work balance due to overburden job scope. Management always push employee to do things that didn't exist in the job scope. Culture wise, still need improvement as it still stucks with 80's and 90's corporate culture despite we almost meet 2023.

      Friendly environment, open with idea sharing.

      Inconvénients

      Workload is hardcore. No team in marketing department, all managment and technical work must done by one person. Salary bellow market price.
