Inconvénients
Wage, SUPERVISOR STAFF (not managers) The new system of creating supervisors that have minimal training and qualifications, chosen by the management staff in the store is simply RIDICULOUS! You're getting staff members who have been there for less than a year sometimes or completely unqualified to handle a team of people, doing all the managers work and treating every normal staff member like rubbish. They believe the have the right and authority to treat some staff members like they're beneath them and personally i think its a terrible system. I could go on about any other problems with the job.
