Avantages
Fellow colleagues are really nice, managers will happily speak to colleagues so no divide between the two, management can be strict but fair, 10% discount,
Inconvénients
Understaffed, often left in my department on my own and given no help, rude customers, low staff morale, asda don't believe in firing people so colleagues can slack off as many times as they like and get away with it, staff training is poor, staff canteen is closing (I like my hot food and think we deserve a proper cooked meal at lunches and breakfasts) not what it was like when I first started at asda, it's gets worse and worse
