Avantages
Coworkers are hard working and very friendly. Lots of traveling opportunities. At office dress is casual unless Board Members are in town.
Inconvénients
Information gets bottlenecked at the top tier of management. Directions are often conflicting and deadlines are frequently changed last minute. Staff is never given a budget, but supposedly everything is always priced too high. Get all instructions in writing. Do not trust verbal instructions. Incredibly high staff turnover. ASAS maintains a staff of 6-7 people. Five employees have quit in the last four years.
