Avantages
The actual Seller Labs Manages Services team, that are mostly now gone. Those people had the grit, the brain power, and in turn, managed a fantastic organization of clients.
Inconvénients
Seller Labs' previous owner & COO sold off the company to AO2 after a pretty rough year and a half of financial decline. Seller Labs employees began to put in their termination notice or quit effective immediately prior to the buyout due to the COO trying to slash our salaries by $10,000 and/or make us commission-based only. This did not work and so the acquisition took place. I was let go based on a silly, 5-minute "culture" survey after being one of the original, loyal managed services employees of many years without ever meeting a single person from AO2. When I was let go, multiple clients whom I built strong relationships reached out to me and broke their contracts /left AO2. My entire team was shocked, to say the least, that I was even let go in the first place. I was already incredibly underpaid ($42,000) and only ever saw ONE raise during my eentiretenure ($55,000 when I should have been closer to $62,000). At current, 9 of my 15~ person team have left and every single remaining employee is incredibly overworked with no real plan or support in place. AO2 management expected everyone to come up with the entire plan themselves on how to merge companies on top of the workload they already had in addition to the new workload they poured on top of the very obviously overloaded plate.
